Nganda says the party leaders will be moving from one district to another starting from Mbarara then Mbale, Tororo, Gulu, Lira among others.

However, the Mbarara district police commander, Jaffar Magezi says he is not aware of any activity taking place in his area of jurisdiction. He explains that the party leaders in the district have not informed him about any rally therefore he will not allow any activity to take place.
