Another victim of police torture has dragged police chief Gen Kale Kayihura to the high court.

Mr Sadam Ismail says police arrested him and tortured him for a week as he planned to protest against the hooligans that invaded Makindye magistrates court to stop lawyers from going on with the trial of the Gen Kale together with his commanders.
Saddam says he was arrested on August 25 at Barbecue lounge at Centenary park, tortured, and jailed for six days at Kampala central police station.

However Police spokesman Andrew Felix Kaweesi says he was not aware of such incident and advised the victim to go and see him before he goes on with the court process.
