Uganda Cranes started its African Cup of Nations Cup Tournament on a bad notice as it was edged by Ghana Black stars in its first match in the tournament on Tuesday.

Today, the national team is coming back to play against Egypt, one of the finest teams in on the African continent.

The match is scheduled at 10:00 pm at Port Gentil Stadium, Gabon.

Cranes’ 1:0 loss against the Black Stars was a major setback for the boys. Both the players and fans somehow, somewhere lost morale and confidence and it’s likely to affect them in today’s match.

On the other hand, if we go by history between the two teams, Cranes is not at any point favoured.

The two countries have faced eachother 17 times on several occasions, but Egypt has edged Uganda 13 times, drew three times and Cranes has won only one match.

So much less is expected today on the side of Uganda Cranes.

The national team was put in one of the toughest groups in the tournament.

There’ s no comfort zone in Group D For the Cranes since it  comprise of Ghana, Mali and Egypt.

However, Cranes Coach Micho and players are so optimistic that they will make it up to quarter finals.

We pray for the boys.
