Motor rally ace, Lwakataka sues gov’t over wrongful imprisonment

Posian Lwakataka has dragged the gov’t to the high court for Malicious imprisonment and prosecution after he was charged with the murder of 9 people. He says his arrest and prosecution tainted his reputation as a rally driver and a business man and he demands a compensation of shs.40b from gov’t for the damages caused.
