And now she has ruled in favour of Buwembo,a Rubaga South voter and has allowed him to file an election petition to kick Lubwama out of parliament.
Hearted-broken Kato Lubwama in Court
In October 2016, Buwembo who is a resident of Rubaga South dragged Lubwama to court saying that he never had the required requirements to be a member of parliament since he failed his Uganda Certificate Education (UCE) exams.
“By April fools day next year, there shall be no more fools in parliament,” excited Isaac Ssemakadde, Buwembo’s lawyer said.
