Parliamentary Committee on Commissions Statutory  Authorities and State Enterprises(COSASE) has pinned the former heads of Uganda National Roads Authority( UNRA) for forging contract documents in shs 138 billion.
According to the Auditor General’s report of 2013-2014, there was variation on the dates of signing and awarding if contracts meant for the construction of Vura, Arua, Koboko and Araba roads.

While meeting the old team headed by Eng. Nsubuga Kimezze, members got suspicious of a possible foul play and thus directed the current UNRA workers to submit contract documents for scrutiny.
