This week, the National Unity Platform (NUP) has been up and about in the Teso region, spreading their ‘Kunga Uganda’ program like a farmer scattering seeds before a good rain. From Soroti to Katakwi and even to Kaberamaido, NUP’s team has been planting the seeds of change in every corner of the region.
In Teso, the urge for change is stronger than a cow itching for fresh grass! The NUP team, armed with hope and determination, met villagers with hearts as warm as a sunrise. The people there seem more than ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work for a brighter future.
“Our journey through Teso has been nothing short of heartwarming. It’s impressive that the desire for change is not just a whisper in the city but a loud drumbeat even in the most remote areas.” NUP posted on their X account (formerly Twitter).
With love showering down on the team like rain in the dry season, it’s clear that the winds of change are blowing. Whether you’re in the busy streets of Kampala or tending to your cattle in the countryside, the people of Uganda are itching for something new. And who knows, with NUP’s efforts, they might just get it!
It’s like they say: even the smallest chick dreams of becoming a rooster one day!
