President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has today bid farewell to the outgoing Royal Norwegian Ambassador, Her Excellency, Elin Johansen.
The brief event took place at State House, Entebbe.
The outgoing Ambassador has concluded her five-year tour of duty in Uganda.
