A Rwandan national in Kisoro District has been killed by a colleague, after a simple quarrel.
The deceased identified as Manzi Ivan, 23, developed a quarrel with Kazungu Edson a fellow worker at club D zone before the latter used a hammer to hit victim on the head.
The deceased became unconscious and was rushed to Kisoro Hospital where he died on arrival on Thursday afternoon.
This case of murder was reported to police by Rukundo Emmanuel, the manager of Club D zone.
Both the deceased and the suspect are residents of Chuho road, Chahi village, Central division Kisoro municipality.
Elly Maate, the Police spokesperson confirmed the incident, saying the body is currently in the mortuary pending post mortem as the suspect is on run.
This case has been registered at Kisoro police under file number Kisoro CRB 468/2020.
