Busoga is keen to learn from Buganda kingdom’s success story. This came through as Kyabazinga William Gabula met Mengo’s Second Deputy Katikkiro Robert Waggwa Nsibirwa in Jinja.
The two leaders met at the Civil Service College in Jinja town at the sidelines of the Rotary Eastern Mega Fellowship over the weekend. Buganda recently signed an MoU with Rotary to deliver services such as health, water and sanitation, education, and environmental protection. The Kyabazinga was keen on how that is working out.
Hon. Nsibirwa is a former Rotary District Governor for Uganda and Tanzania.
Also Kyabazinga wanted to know how Buganda has been able to register significant achievements over the years and especially since the appointment of Katikkiro Charles Peter Mayiga.
