Pine car bond proprietor Muhammad Ssebuufu is returning to Kampala High Court today for his sentence.
Ssebuufu and seven others were last Monday found guilty of murdering Betty Donnah Katushabe over a car debt worth Shs9 million.
The accused were also charged with aggravated robbery and kidnap with intent to murder.
Katusabe was allegedly tortured to death by the accused on October 21, 2015, at Pine Car Depot on Lumumba Avenue in Kampala.
Court records indicate that Katusabe acquired a Toyota Premio registration number UAX 481H from Ssebuwufu at sh17m and remitted Shs8m, thereby remaining with a balance of Shs9m which is said to have caused her murder.
In her ruling, Justice Anglin Senoga said she was satisfied by the prosecution submissions and witnesses that the accused committed the offenses.
