Wilfred Niwagaba , the member of parliament for Ndorwa west constituency on Friday called upon President Yoweri Museveni to hold talks with the Rwandan government so that the closed boarder points are opened to enable Ugandans traders and their Rwandan counterparts resume business.

“Our people used to depend on Rwanda market with their agricultural produce. I urge government of Uganda to talk with Rwanda to rescue our people,” Niwagaba said.
