Singer cum dancer Micheal Ross recently returned to the limelight when he was bounced off Ginuwine’s stage on December 1. Although he came out to apologise, the embarrassment keeps haunting him.
Now that all preparations for Chameleon’s Legends Saba Saba Concert are almost done, Dixon Okello, the operations and security officer of Balaam Marketing group has warned all artistes who wish to pull ‘a Micheal Ross stunt’ to not bother attending the show.
“No Artiste, that is not on the performance list will be allowed back stage. You might suffer the same experience as Micheal Ross,” he warned.
This concert is due Friday, December 7, at Lugogo Cricket Oval and it is organised by Balaama Marketing Group.
Okello affirmed that all security details for concert have been put in place to ensure proper safety for the revelers.
This will include 400 security personnel from Uganda Police, Internal Security Organisation, Military and Army.
Gates will be opened by 4:00pm, but the show will start at 7:00pm and end at 11:45pm. He has also advised people to carry light stuff to the concert.
Artistes to feature at the event include Leilah Kayondo, Khalifa Aganaga, Pallaso, Ziggy Dee and King Saha. Jose Chameleon will start his non stop performance from 9:00 till late.
Okello stresses that entrance will be either by ticket or accreditation and without these, no one will be allowed to access the concert grounds. Parking will be at Shoprite and Forest Mall Lugogo.
