He said that all 10 villages in Katomi parish Bwengyera Sub-county which boycotted the elections over protracted grievances on failure by Electoral Commission to include the entire Katomi parish in Nyamunuuka Town council, will not take part in tomorrow’s elections.
Beine revealed that on polling day they will start with assembly and verification of voters at 7-10 am,voter education 10-11am, and 11-11:30 voting by lining up and all exercise will end at 4:00pm.
Many attributed the chaos and irreconcilable disagreements during this year’s village elections in Ntungamo district to some political leaders who stole the register books and disappeared with them up to date.
However, Beine asked the residents to exercise peace and follow the law saying that failed to abide by law will be brought to book.
