Lawyer Ladislaus Rwakafuzi is set to file a case in which a female Cabinet minister is accused of torturing his client, a married woman.
The minister, names withheld, is also accused of allegedly having an affair with the woman’s husband and consequently, getting pregnant.
The alleged torture came about after the woman found out that the minister was having an affair with her husband.
According to Rwakafuzi, the minister then ordered her body guards attack and torture the woman.
Reliable sources said the minister and the man have been seeing each other for quite some time.
After filing the case on Thursday, Rwakafuzi said he will reveal the identity of the minister and the woman within 14hours today.
