According to Godfrey Mutabazi, UCC will not renew or give new agreement to any broadcasting agency especially television if the station does not submit a program proposal for people with disabilities.
“Every TV programme must cater for people with disabilities especially the deaf people,” he said while addressing the NAB annual general meeting.
