Court in Gulu has adjourned the treason case against the Kyadondo East lawmaker Robert Kyagulanyi a.k.a Bobi Wine and his 34 Arua co-accused to December 3.
This, after government prosecutor, Mr Julius Ochen asked for more time to conclude its investigations.
Kyagulanyi, Jinja East MP, Mr Paul Mwiru, Ntungamo Municipality MP, Mr Gerald Karuhanga, Shaban Atiku, Gamba Tumusime and Jane Abola among others are accused of stoning one of the vehicles used in President Museveni’s convoy during Arua Municipality MP by-election in August.
During the aftermath, Mr Kyagulanyi’s driver, Yasin Kawuma, was shot dead while many more were injured.
