The country has witnessed a wave Of kidnaps and murders which are living a question of who is next with the latest murder being that of the former Buyende district police commander Muhammad Kirumira.
On Tuesday 18th September, the Democratic Party during there weekly press briefing advised president Yoweri Museveni to step down as solution to addressing the issue of insecurity in Uganda.
“The Democratic Party is calling upon the president to do the honorable thing,step aside and resign, you can do no more. ” said Kenneth Kakande DP spokes person.
