Mariam Kirumira, the wife to slain police officer Muhammad Kirumira has spoken out about her husband’s death.
She has said that government is aware of the ongoing murders in the country and it has the capacity to stop them but wondered why they are acting as if they know nothing.
She said many people are suffering but government is not caring for the common people.
“Whatever is happening, government was aware, it started when government was aware. Why can’t government stop this? Many people are suffering but they have no way. Why can’t government care for the common person? Today they killed my husband, tomorrow they will kill another woman’s husband.” she said.
