Stella Nansinkombi Mukasa, a wife to third deputy Katikkiro (Prime minister) of Buganda Apollo Makubuya has passed on in Virginia USA.
Stella died peacefully at 3.39 pm on September 5, 2018 in Virginia, USA surrounded by her family.
The whole family is still in the USA with Stella and plans to bring her body back to Uganda are underway.
A detailed program for the vigil and funeral arrangements will be communicated in due course.
May Stella’s soul Rest in eternal Peace.
