The Kabaka of Buganda kingdom in Uganda, Ronald Muwenda Mutebi has blamed greed on the rampant corruption in the country.
Mutebi who was on Wednesday celebrating 25 years since he assumed the throne, said Ugandans had become too greedy that corruption was in every corner of the Uganda.
Kabaka who was crowned in 1993, July 31 at Naggalabi in Wakiso district, is a moral voice of society, with a big following of Baganda people, the most populous tribe in Uganda.
On the occasion of his silver jubilee, he invited a fellow traditional leader, the Asantehene Nana from Ghana who has displayed pomp and luxury of being king in Ghana.
