Sad information reaching our desk indicates that Arua Municipality Member of Parliament Ibrahim Abiriga has been shot dead.
The legislator is reportedly to have been shot dead with his bodyguard near his home in Kirinyabigo in Kawanda by unknown assailants.
According to witnesses the killers came on a bodaboda motorcycle.
