Akabwai however thanked the Uganda Beach Soccer Chairman (UBSA) Mr Deo Mutabaazi for putting up structures that have helped to reduce on a few problems which he pointed as an act of good leadership.
“If you are a good leader you must delegate work. And that is what Mr. Mutabaazi has done. I must commend him. We have a league manager, referees boss, coaches as well as many more structures” Akabwai said.
