Uganda Police tribunal has for the third time failed to deliver its judgment on former Buyende district DPC, ASP Kirumira Mohammad.
Last week, the tribunal led by Denis Odongpiny failed to give its verdict thus promising to do so today.
“We are not yet ready. There are three judgments which require a lot of time and we want to finish them all at the same time,” said Odongpiny
Kirumira is currently battling two charges of unlawful or unnecessary exercise of authority and one on corrupt practice.
Initially, 28 charges mainly of unlawful or unnecessary exercise of authority and corrupt practice were brought against Kirumira. But Police gradually dropped the charges that did not have sufficient evidence.
