A total of 17 goals were scored on match day three of the FUFA Drum tournament on Saturday.
Buganda and Karamoja Provinces registered their first victories of the campaign.
Allan Kayiwa scored for Buganda away to Lango at the Lira Sports Ground for the first maximum points following opening day blushes at home in the 1-0 loss to Kigezi and the subsequent goal-less draw away to Acholi.
Karamoja also recorded their first win, triumphing 2-1 at their Boma home in Moroto against visiting Ankole.
Ivan Korobe shot Karamoja ahead in the second minute. Yusuf Bamutura equalized for Ankole in the 55th minute but Raphael Komakech got the winning goal two minutes from full time as the crowd in Moroto celebrated with vibrancy.
At the Star Times stadium in Lugogo, Kampala posted the biggest win of the tournament so far, winning 5-0 against visiting Rwenzori.
Tonny Odur, Arthur Kiggundu, captain Willy Kavuma as well as second half substitutes Daniel Muzeyi Sserunkuma and Brian Nkuubi were on the mark for Kampala Province coached by Wasswa Bbosa.
Isaac Isinde scored the match winner for Busoga away to Teso.
This was Busoga’s third successive victory after their 3-0 and 4-0 wins against Busoga and Sebei respectively.
Sebei lost in their second game at home in a row, falling 3-1 to Bugisu.
James Alitho, normally a goalkeeper with Azam Uganda Premier League club, Vipers SC scored two goals before Hassan Wandega added the other.
Jonas Ayiekho got the consolation for Sebei. Alitho was thereafter named the man of the match for his heroics.
Acholi pipped Kigezi 1-0 with Derrick Tekwo scoring the match winner at the Pece Stadium in Gulu before a great crowd.
The game between West Nile and Tooro failed to produce any goal dividend after full time.
Meanwhile, Bukedi and Bunyoro settled for a one all draw at the Madibira play ground in a match also watched by the FUFA President, Eng. Moses Magogo.
SC Villa Jogoo player Ramadan Dudu scored for Bunyoro and Moses Guloba replied for Bukedi.
The next round of matches will be played next week with back to back fixtures on 14th and 15th April 2018.
