Last week, security organs arrested a one Patrick Agaba famously known as Pato after being suspected to be having a hand in the kidnap and murder of an accountant Susan Magara.

He was arrested from South Africa where he had fled with what security claims to be ransom money obtained from the Magara family.

Before being, murdered, Magara’s kidnappers were paid a ransom of shs700 million.
