Ever since Muhammad Ssegirinya became Kawempe North Lord Councilor, he has been receiving numerous favours among them being business trips outside Uganda.
The comical politician has had a number of trips to countries like Netherlands, UAE among others.
Apparently Ssegirinya is already back in Europe and this time round he is in Germany for ‘business’ as usual.
However, unlike the previous countries he visited, Germany seems to be more interesting due to its winter season.
Ssegirinya was seen having a wonderful time on the streets of Germany; playing in winter.
