KCCA FC lanky forward Tito Okello believes 2018 is to be a better year in terms of achievement for him and the club.
He believes KCCA FC are to perform better in the second round of the league and also register success in Uganda Cup and CAF tournaments.
“I have now settled in the team and feel good around the players. The environment at the club allows any player to prosper. We have amazing coaches who keep pushing us to work harder plus the healthy competition for places in the squad which keeps us all on our toes”, he added.
The striker has steadily fitted in the team showing his prowess in finding the back of the net with 5 goals and 2 assists in twelve games he has played in the first round of the league.
“The competition for places in the team is real, I love competition and will try to surpass all my competition. Kaddu, Nsibambi, Shaban and l have a good working relationship at the club, we joke a lot but as professionals we know that we all want to play so we got to compete.” he said.
Tito added, “I want to nail down a starting position at the club and I know what I have to do to achieve this. The new year presents me an opportunity to forget the past and start a new chapter”.
