The suspect identified as Lule Ronald moves around homes in the wee hours of the night to execute his missions.
Through intelligence led information and following public outcry our teams were able to plan and arrest the suspect.
The “morning water gushing miracle” for 3 months had become an unsolved mystery.
Lule was able to lead police to the final buyer of his stolen property. Banda Police was able to contact NWSC security teams to help in guiding on how to follow up these water related cases.
