VIDEO: MP Odonga Otto beats security to enter parliament with red ribbons

After successfully frustrating Kyadondo East MP Bobi Wine and made him enter parliament without his red ribbon, security officers embarked at barring each MP with a red ribbon from stepping his/her foot in the House.

However, Aruu county MP Odonga Otto refused to kowtow in their pooho.

He singlehandedly overpowered security officers who had denied him access to parliament while putting on red ribbons.

After forging his way into the house, the legislator was seen taking off like an antelope.
