As promised during elections, Rubaga South Member of Parliament Kato Lubwama has indeed delivered.
On Friday, Kato Lubwama surprised Rubaga residents with donations worth millions of shillings to help them fight against poverty.
He gave out an ambulance, boda bodas, bicycles, sewing machines, baking flour among others.
He said he has done so to help his people fight against poverty adding that he doesn’t want to lead poor people.
