Uganda’s biggest public University Makerere University has summoned suspended research fellow Dr. Stella Nyanzi for a hearing over her gross misconduct.
In a hearing notice, Nyanzi is expected to appear for an appeal on 14th July, 2017 in the University Council Room or soon thereafter as the case can be heard in this s tribunal.
“If no appearance is made by you or someone by law authorized to act for you, the hearing shall proceed and ruling may be made in your absence, ” notice partly reads.
Early this year, Nyanzi was suspended for using social media to abuse fellow staff and other leaders in the service of Makerere University.
