Former presidential candidate Dr. Abed Bwanika has started collecting signatures from all districts of Uganda to force the Electoral Commission to organise a referendum on age limit amendment bill.
Recently, the minister for justice Kahinda Otafiire revealed that the constitutional amendment bill has been gazetted and amongst others included the proposal to amend article 102 of the 1995 constitution which most refer to as age limit.
