Since last year after the general presidential elections, former Prime Minister cum ex-presidential candidate Amama Mbabazi has been in ‘a hiding’ far away from the public eye.
But yesterday’s excitement after singer Bobi Wine winning the Kyadondo East Parliamentary race couldn’t let the old man enjoy his ‘silent retirement’ in peace.
The ex-super Minister joined the hundreds of Ugandans to congratulate the self proclaimed ghetto gladiator upon winning the hotly contested race by a landslide.
He tweeted,” Bobi Wine Robert Kyagulanyi congratulations on your emphatic win! The people of Kyadondo East have spoken with a clear unmistakable voice,”
Apparently his comment has drove his supporters crazy hoping that this could be a real turning point for former prime minister as long as siding with the opposition is concerned.
