When we talk about living a posh life, probably we cannot fail to mention Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) Executive Director Jennifer Musisi; she really knows how to misuse taxpayers’ money on her lavish life.
Today morning, Musisi shocked the nation when she arrived in Arua in a hired private jet.
The Executive Director had gone to watch KCCA FC as it takes on Paidha Black Angels in Uganda Cup finals at Greenlight Stadium.
