For the start we are not sure where this less known Kisanja Hakuna Mchezo Evaluation Team got the mandate to gauge the best and worst performing minister in President Yoweri Museveni’s government but what we are very sure of is that they did it.
You all remember last year during presidential elections when President Museveni came up with his famous saying ‘Kisanja Hakuna Mchezo’ literally meaning ‘No joking in this presidential term’.
Now these NRM youths did not leave all the Kisanja hakuna Mchezo work to Mzee; they wholeheartedly pledged to help and as I write now, the ‘fruits are already on the table’.
Through their Kisanja Hakuna Mchezo Evaluation Team, the youths have released their first year report showing the best and worst performing Museveni ministers.
While addressing the press, the team announced Minister of Kampala Beti Kamya as the worst performing minister so far. Well we all know how Kamya does her Kampala obligations and most notably her tough hand she uses to torment city Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago. Could the team be right?
On the other hand, the youth went ahead to name Education Minister Janet Kataaha Kamya (hope they are not vying for a handshake), Tourism Minister Godfrey Kiwanda, Information Minister Frank Tumwebaze and Youth Minister Nakiwala Kiyingi as the best performing ministers since President Museveni appointed them in office.
