Police in Kamwokya is holding three thieves after being found with over 30 stolen smart phones at Kisementi.
It is alleged that the trio raided a shop and stole the phones in question and in the due course they attempted to strangle the saleslady.
According to Kakensa Media, the stolen phones were later recovered in their car Toyota Spacio registration number UAS 477E in the parking yard.
