Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has closed offices belonging to Rwandan newspaper in Kampala over evasion of yet to be disclosed tax.
New Times newspaper on several occasions has been given warning notices while giving a deaf ear to the authority.
The New Times Publications SARL is a registered Rwandan private media outlet with hitherto publishes in English and it has a offices in Kampala.
