After a failed attempt to rescue Ugandans rotting in Dubai, Kawempe North Lord Councillor Muhammad Ssegirinya has decided to stage his ‘bitter war’ to parliamentarians.
Ssegirinya has said he will not vacate parliament premises until MPs find a solution to rescue Ugandans in Dubai prisons.
To clarify his stand, Ssegirinya along with his comrades have decided to carry their mattresses to Parliament and have vowed not to move a single step until something positive is done.
