They say if plan A fails resort to plan B. After traffic police bursting all old tricks used by highway buses, the Bus service has employed new tricks to carry excess passengers.
They keep round-top jerrycans below the seats and get them out for extra passengers to occupy.
Overloading is against the law but its the order of the day by road users especially service vehicles yet it’s one of the root causes of road accidents in Uganda.
