Makerere University lecturer Dr Stella Nyanzi is today expected to appear at police Criminal Investigations Directorate in Kibuli over offensive communication and cyber harassment to provide valuable information.
Dr Nyanzi who recently returned from South Africa where she was teaching after a standoff with her boss Mahmoud Mamdani at Makerere University, was told on Saturday to re-appear on Tuesday before the deputy CID boss in charge of investigations.
Nyanzi who uses social media platforms especially Facebook as battle fields is accused of insulting President Yoweri Museveni and the First Lady Janet Museveni.
