Ugandans have been hit by a shock on learning about the death of former Soroti Municipality Member of Parliament, Charles Ekemu.
Ekemu was MP after he defeated Capt. Mike Mukula in 2006.
He however lost party primaries to Attan Okia Moses in 2011 hence contesting as an independent where he eventually lost the seat to Capt. Mukula.
In 2016 he went to Ngora District but was unsuccessful.
