Former Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) employees Allen Kagina and Jennifer Musisi are expected to appear before the Parliamentary Committee on Commissions,Statutory Authorities and State Enterprises(COSASE) over the shs6 billion Presidential handshake.
Kagina and Musisi are part of the 42 oil cash bonanza beneficiaries who were rewarded shs6 billion after URA tax settlement against Tullow and Heritage oil companies.
Currently, Musisi is the Executive Director of Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) while Kagina is the Uganda National Roads Authority(UNRA) boss.
