NRM MPs have resolved not to vote for Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) candidates in today’s East African Legislative Assembly elections.
On Monday all NRM MPs were summoned at State House Entebbe to discuss among others which opposition candidates they are going to vote for to EALA.
By the end of the day, all NRM MPs agreed not to vote for any FDC candidate.
Apparently, there are 47 candidates vying for nine EALA slots allocated to Uganda.
