That’s the Kampala-Entebbe Expressway project has hit 75% physical works progress this month.
According to Uganda National Roads Authority (UNRA) Public Relations Manager, Allan Ssempebwa, the progress has been reached especially in the areas where the contractor has good working space.
Meanwhile, UNRA still has a few compensation delays around Abaita Ababiri section but the officials are trying to expedite and ensure works are not delayed.
The Entebbe–Kampala Expressway, also known as the “Kampala–Entebbe Expressway”, is a four-lane toll highway under construction in the Central Region of Uganda. The highway links Entebbe International Airport, the country’s largest civilian and military airport, to Kampala, the country’s capital and largest metropolitan area.
