Police in coordination with civilians has managed to arrest two phone thieves who were snatching phones during traffic jam while riding on a boda boda.
Police was alerted by some civilians in Bukoto so they decided to follow the thieves until they were captured.
The duo had made it a habit to snatch every phone they spot their eyes on.
