The Uganda Prisons Commissioner General, Johnson Byabashaija must be a one of the few lucky people on earth as he survived death by an inch.
Recently while travelling in Apac District, Byabashaija cheated death after involving in a nasty motor accident and his lead security convoy was damaged beyond repair.
Fortunately, the prisons boss didn’t sustain any serious injury as he was rushed back to Kampala to seek medical assistance.
The news concerning this accident has been kept a secret for unknown reasons.
