Today the outgoing Internal Security Organisation (ISO) Director General, Brig Ronnie Balya has handed over office to the new ISO boss Rtd Major Kaka Bagyenda at the ISO headquarters in Kampala.
Early this week, President Yoweri Museveni made major changes in Uganda government’s counter intelligence agency following a recent army reshuffle.
Maj. Kaka Has lived in the Kalangala archipelago doing ISO work for over two decades.
Today 27 January,2017, the President appointed 37 Ambassadors to different countries and Brig. Balya was among the appointed ones, he is Uganda’s Ambassador to South Sudan.
