A senior police officer has criticized the water state minister Ronald Kibuule who beat up a security guard doing his job.
“Simplicity is a virtue. I consider reprimanding a bank guard insists on searching me while in uniform a sign of weakness,” said Asan Kasingye, the head of International Police in Uganda.
Kibuule was reported to police in Mukono for beating up a guard at Stanbic bank who wanted to check him.
