President Museveni is in Chad for a two-day visit. He was received on arrival by host President Idriss Deby. Shortly thereafter, accompanied by Ugandan engineers, he went and toured a key oil refinery in Djarmaya. The President will tomorrow grace the swearing-in function of his host, who is beginning on a fifth elective term.
